About Wine Country Cougs

Wine Country Cougs is a Washington State University fan club serving the Prosser area and the greater Lower Yakima Valley. We are a group of Coug alumni, students, families, and fans united by one thing — a deep and unwavering love for the Crimson and Gray.

We believe Coug pride doesn't stop at the Palouse. Whether you graduated from WSU decades ago, just crossed the stage last spring, or simply grew up cheering for the Cougs, you belong here.

Our Mission

To promote the academic and athletic endeavors of Washington State University.

That mission drives everything we do — from the events we organize to the dollars we raise. When you buy a ticket to a Wine Country Cougs event or pay your annual membership dues, that money goes back to supporting the students and programs that make WSU great.

What We Do

We bring Coug fans together throughout the year with events that celebrate WSU athletics, build community, and raise funds for the university. From summer BBQs and watch parties right here in wine country to chartered bus trips to Martin Stadium in Pullman, we make it easy to be a Coug no matter where you are.

Beyond the events, Wine Country Cougs is a community. Our members include former student athletes, longtime alumni, faculty, and fans who may have never set foot on campus — all connected by the same pride in Washington State University.

Where We're Based

We're rooted in Prosser, Washington, in the heart of wine country — but our membership stretches across the region. You don't have to live in Prosser to be a Wine Country Coug. If you bleed crimson, you're welcome here.

Join Us

Annual membership is just $20 a year. Your dues go directly toward supporting WSU academic and athletic programs, and in return you get member pricing on all our events, access to our private member directory, and first access to limited events like the Pullman bus trips.
